Hospital-Grade Cleaning – We are <42 RLU, which is higher than USA hospital-grade cleaning specification and twice as high as European hospital-grade cleaning standards. Instant Viral Load Testing Pre and Post Cleaning – There’s no need to wait to see the effectiveness of the cleaning you receive. We provide instant viral load testing before we get started and again after we’re finished. You’ll have the advantage of seeing the results in real time.

Commercial UV Light Cleaning – We use Class D commercial UV lights to kill any bacteria or viruses that escape our state-of-the-art air filters. We pass the air in COVID-19-positive buildings through our sophisticated, science-based system of filters and high-powered UV lights 6 times to ensure your safety.

RLU Testing – RLU testing is a way of testing how many pathogens are in a sampled area. This is the same testing used in hospitals in both the U.S. and Europe.

Pathogen Control – All our methods are based on tested and true scientific systems for pathogen control.

COVID-19 Positive or Negative Buildings – We’ll clean your building whether it’s tested positive or negative for COVID-19. We use extra steps for buildings that are COVID-positive.

Here’s What We Do.
Much of the cleaning we do is the same whether your building has tested positive for COVID-19 or not.

There are a few extra steps we take, however, if your building has tested positive for COVID-19:

Steps specifically for COVID-19-positive buildings:

STEP 1: We use a powerful duct system to pull all the air out of the room and run it through HEPA filters which trap the virus.

STEP 2: We then expose the air to high-energy UV class D lights that kill any virus particles that may have made it through.

We then repeat these steps 6 times to ensure a safe environment for all the people who come through your building.

After that, we use the same steps below, which we also use for COVID-19-negative buildings.

Steps we take for all buildings:
  • First, we use HEPA filters and vaccuum all surfaces.
  • Then we wash and rinse with antiseptic soap.
  • After that, we sanitize and wipe down each surface.
  • Then we do electro status fogging.
